Dr. Rajput is dual-board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Pain Medicine.
He graduated with Honors cum laude with a degree in Biology from New York Institute of Technology and went on to receive his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York in 2008. Dr. Rajput completed his General Osteopathic Medicine Internship and his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Long Beach Medical Center with concentrations in Orthopedic Rehabilitation at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital of White Plains, New York and in Brain & Spinal Cord Injury at Mount Sinai Hospital of New York, New York. He served as Chief Resident of his program during his final year of Residency training.
He completed his Interventional Spine and Pain Management Specialty Fellowship at Georgia Pain Physicians in Marietta, Georgia. He is a member of the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the North American Neuromodulation Society.
Dr. Rajput is skilled in a multitude of minimally invasive procedures and rehabilitation techniques with the goal of providing his patients with long lasting relief from their acute and chronic injuries. He is a strong believer in a holistic and patient-focused treatment plans which include open communication, healthy lifestyle choices and regular exercise in combination with advanced therapies and treatments with the ultimate goal of improving their quality of life and function while also helping them meet the personal goals our patient’s set for themselves.
Dr. Rajput has a passion for helping and providing relief for his patients dealing with chronic neck and back pain as well as those who suffer from chronic headaches and migraines.
Personally, Dr. Rajput enjoys spending mornings with his family exploring some of Georgia’s nature trails on hikes and has a passion for his favorite sport, Formula One racing.
