Dr. Lijofi Pain Management Doctor

Dr Lijofi is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Interventional Pain medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and American Board Anesthesiology. Dr. Lijofi Obtained his bachelor of Art at the University of Connecticut in 2012. He subsequently earned his medical degree from American University of Integrative Medicine in 2018. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2019, after which he stayed on staff for 5 months. While in residency, Dr. Lijofi was inspired to pursue a carrier in interventional pain management due to his experience referring patients to the university pain clinic and seeing their remarkable outcomes. He then completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2023.

Dr. Lijofi believes in a multimodal approach to pain management and as such treats every patient as a unique individual. He is excited to work with each patient on the complexities of their pain and provide the best medical and interventional care available to improve pain and quality of life. His hobbies include playing and watching soccer, FIFA (the video game) and movie night with his family Dr. Lijofi is a member of American Medical Association, American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
